Select red-eye
Before you can remove red-eye, you must select the eye by creating a mask. A mask isolates
the pixels you want to edit and protects those you don't want to edit. Then you will feather the mask to make the edges of the mask more transparent. This gradually replaces the red-eye with the pupil color to create a more natural effect.
Preview the size of the mask.

, and click the Circle mask tool
.
