Create another ellipse

In this step, you'll make a copy of the large ellipse.

  1. Click the Pick tool, and select the ellipse.
  2. On your keyboard's numeric keypad, press the PLUS SIGN (+) to duplicate the ellipse and center the copy on the drawing page.
  3. In the upper Object size stacked box Lets you specify an object's dimensions on the property bar, type 70 to specify the width of the ellipse.
  4. In the lower Object size stacked box on the property bar, type 45 to specify the height of the ellipse, and press ENTER.
