Personalizing the administrator properties

Once you create a calendar database, the new database is open in the utility window, with the sole user as the administrator. As the creator of the database, you are the administrator. You will now personalize the administrator properties of the account you created.

  1. In the Users list, right-click Administrator Administrator, and click Edit.
  2. Click the New user tab.
  3. Edit the information in the boxes as required.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click OK.
