Printing speaker notes

When printing speaker notes, the font size may vary to accomodate the amount of text you are printing. For example, the more text that is added to the speaker notes box, the smaller the font is when you print speaker notes. If there is too much text in the speaker notes box, not all of the notes will print.

In the procedure below, you will learn how to print speaker notes.

To print speaker notes

1. Click File menuPrint.
2. Click the Main tab.
3. In the Destination area, choose a printer from the Name list box.
4. In the Print range area, enable the Speaker notes option.
5. In the Number of slides per page box, type 2.
   Both Thomas Inc. slides and the speaker notes will be printed on the page.
6. Type 3 in the Number of copies box.
7. Click Print.
   Three copies of the speaker notes will be printed.
