Copying the datamap information

Once you have accessed the datamap file, you can copy the data you need to a new spreadsheet.

To copy the datamap information

1. Select cells A1 to C12.
2. Click Edit menu Copy.
3. Click File menu New.
4. Click Edit menu Paste.
