Creating and inserting the map

Now that you have the necessary data, you can create your map using the Quattro^® Pro 10 mapping tool, and then insert the map onto your spreadsheet.

To create and insert the map

1. Click Insert menu Graphics Map.
2. Select Australia by State, and click Next.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Next.
5. In the Title box, type Australia.
6. In the Subtitle box, type Major Cities.
7. Click Finish.
8. Click the point on the spreadsheet where you want to place the upper-left corner of the map.
