Editing variables using Reveal codes

In addition to editing variables in page view, you can edit variables using the powerful Reveal codes feature in WordPerfect^®. Reveal codes display the codes that tell WordPerfect how to format a document. Deleting, moving, or editing a code allows you to edit a document with great precision. To edit a variable using Reveal codes

1. Click Insert menu Variable.
2. From the Available variables list, choose feature.
3. Click Edit.
4. Drag the Color tag out of the Contents box.
5. Click OK.
6. In the Variables dialog box, click Close.
