Comments in PDF files

To include or exclude comments

If a document includes comments, you can exclude them from the exported PDF file or keep them. By default, some PDF presets, such as Prepress, Archiving, and PDF/X, exclude comments from PDF files; other presets, such as Document Distribution, Editing, and Web, include comments in PDF files.

To include or exclude comments

1 Click File Publish to PDF.
2 Locate the folder in which you want to save the file, and type a filename.
3 Click Settings.
The PDF settings dialog box appears.
4 Click the Document tab.
5 Enable or disable the Include comments check box.
6 Click OK.
7 Click Save.
