Expanding or contracting selections

You can expand or contract a selection by a set number of pixels.

Do the following
Expand a selection
On the property bar, click the Modify flyout button, and click Widen . In the Widen Selection dialog box, specify the number of pixels.
Contract a selection
On the property bar, click the Modify flyout button, and click Contract . In the Contract Selection dialog box, specify the number of pixels.
