Selecting a shape

You need to select a shape before moving or modifying it. When a shape is selected, you can see the shape’s outline path and anchor points. You can also select a shape layer to modify it. For more information, see Selecting layers.

To select shapes

To	Do the following
Select a shape	Choose the Shape Selection tool from the toolbox, and click a shape.
Select multiple shapes	Hold down Shift, and click the shapes with the Shape Selection tool .

If you are using the Layer Adjuster tool, you can switch to the Shape Selection tool by double-clicking a shape.
