Saving gradients

You can save the gradients that you create for future use. When you save a gradient, it is stored in a library. You can load alternate libraries of gradients to increase your choices. For more information about working with libraries, see Working with libraries.

All gradients are stored in the Painter Gradients library.

To save a gradient

1	Choose Window Media Control Panels Gradients.

2	Click the Gradient options button , and choose Save Gradient.

Once you save a gradient, it can no longer be edited. To change a captured gradient, change the artwork from which it was captured, and then recapture the gradient.
