Customizing toolbars

When you display the Customize dialog box, the entire Corel PaintShop Pro workspace transforms into customize mode. You can click and drag almost any menu command or tool to any other menu or toolbar. You can add or delete commands from the menus on the Menu bar.

To move a toolbar button

With the Customize dialog box displayed, drag the item to another toolbar.

Choose View Customize.
The Customize dialog box appears.

Click the Commands tab.

From the Categories list, select a category.
Corel PaintShop Pro groups related commands into categories. For example, click the File category to display all File menu commands. To list all Corel PaintShop Pro commands at once, choose All Commands.

From the Commands list, drag a command to a toolbar.

With the Customize dialog box displayed, drag the item to an empty workspace area or an empty area outside a toolbar.

Release the mouse button when you see the cursor change to this shape:.

To reset all toolbars

Choose View Customize.
The Customize dialog box appears.

Click the Toolbars tab.

Click Reset All.
All toolbars revert to the default settings.
Tip
You can reset a specific toolbar to its default settings by choosing it from the Toolbars list and clicking Reset.
You can also open the Customize dialog box by right-clicking the Menu bar, Tool palette, or Tool Options palette, and choosing Customize.
Tip
You can rearrange a button in relation to the separator by dragging the button to the desired location.
You can also open the Customize dialog box by right-clicking the Menu bar, Tool palette, or Tool Options palette, and choosing Customize.
