Installing and Uninstalling the Application
The Installer makes it easy to install Corel applications and components. It lets you install and uninstall any Corel application included in your software package.
Before installing:

Quit all open applications, including all antivirus software and
firewall applications, and any other applications that appear as
open on the Windows taskbar or in the notification area. Not doing
so may increase the installation time and interfere with
installation.

Make sure that you are logged in to your computer as an
administrator or as a user with local administrative rights.

Verify that you have 1GB of free disk space available on the drive
where the application will be installed, and 3GB of free disk space
available on the system drive for third-party components.

Remember to restart your antivirus software after installation is
complete.

| To install Corel VideoStudio Express |

Close any open applications.

Insert the DVD in the drive.
|
If the Installer does not start automatically, navigate to the DVD drive on your computer and double-click the Setup file (Setup.exe). |

Follow the instructions on your screen.

| To uninstall Corel VideoStudio Express |

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Control Panel.

Click the Add or Remove Programs icon.

The Add or Remove Programs dialog box appears. |

From the Currently installed programs list, choose Corel
VideoStudio Express, and click Remove.

Follow the InstallShield wizard instructions.
