Collaboration workflow

CorelDRAW offers a workflow that lets you collaborate with colleagues and clients with ease.

Step 1: Upload your design created in CorelDRAW to Corel Cloud, Google Drive, or Office 365; or capture your design ideas on the fly in CoreDRAW.app. Next, share a link with the stakeholders for review. For more information, see CorelDRAW.app, CorelDRAW, and Corel Cloud.

Step 2: Reviewers open the design in CorelDRAW.app and add comments and annotations. You are notified when changes are made to the design file. Reviewers can also open a PDF file of the design and add their comments and suggestions to the PDF file, or they can open the CDR file in CorelDRAW.

Step 3: Open the reviewed file in CorelDRAW and edit the file based on the reviewers’ comments. With the help of the Comments docker, you can reply to comments to ask for clarification, resolve comments as well as add, hide, and delete them.

Step 4: Upload your revised design for further review or final approval.

The features documented in the Help are available in the full version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2020. Some features may not be available in this version of the product.
