Edit while printing, saving, and exporting documents

To enable background tasks

If you want to continue with your editing tasks while printing, saving, or exporting a document, you can enable background tasks. This setting lets you use one core of the computer CPU (Central Processing Unit) for editing, and another core for printing, saving, and exporting.

To enable background tasks

Back to Top
1 Click Tools Options Global.
2 Click General.
3 Enable the Enable background tasks check box.
