You can open most bitmaps in Corel PHOTO-PAINT. Each image you open appears in its own image window.
When you open documents in Corel PHOTO-PAINT, by default they are displayed in tabbed view. You can customize the application so that documents are opened in floating windows.
You can also place images. Placing allows you to add a new image to the active image window. For more information, see Place (import) files.
You can use the clipart and photos that are included with the application. You can search for images by different criteria, such as filename, title, subject, keyword, comment, and other properties attached to the file. For more information, see Find clipart and other local and network assets.
To open a file you have recently worked on, click File
Open Recent, and click the filename. To clear the list of recently opened files, click File
Open Recent
Clear Menu.
You can also open a file in a new image window by dragging the file to the application window.
