1 . | Create a selection by using one of the selection tools. |
2 . | On the property bar, click the Anti-alias button . |
To feather the edge of a selection |
1 . | In the toolbox, click the Selection Adjuster tool , and then click a selection. |
2 . | On the property bar, click the Feather button . |
3 . | In the Feather Selection dialog box, specify the number of pixels that you want to feather. |
The maximum number of pixels that you can feather is 50.
When the selection marquee is shown, feathering may be difficult to see. It is easier to see the effect of feathering if you save the selection to a channel and view the channel. For more information, see To view or hide a channel.
