Inserting text from a slide to speaker notes

Once you have added speaker notes to your slide show, you can insert text from the slide show to your speaker notes. Inserting text from the slide show to your speaker notes will help you remember important points you wish to relay to your audience.

In the procedure below, you will learn how to add speaker notes to a slide show.

To insert text from a slide to speaker notes

1. On the property bar, click the Speaker notes button .
   The Slide properties dialog box are displayed.
2. Click the Speaker notes tab.
   The speaker notes for slide 2:Thomas Inc. is displayed.
3. In the text box, type the following additional text:
   The following five corporate objectives of Thomas Inc. promote a proactive employee environment.
4. Click the Insert text from slide button.
   All of the text from slide 2: Thomas Inc. displays in the Slide properties dialog box.
5. Delete the following lines of text:
   Thomas Inc.
   Mission statement
6. Click OK.
