Finishing the balloons

To create a shine on the balloons

1. Using the Freehand tool, draw a small arc on a balloon.
2. On the color palette, right-click the white color swatch to set the outline.
3. From the Outline width list box, choose 2 pt.
4. If you want to, copy and paste the arc on the other balloons.

To finish the balloons

1. Group the balloons and their strings.
2. Place the end point of the balloon strings in the hand of the clown.
3. Click the balloons to display the rotation handles, and use one of the corner handles to rotate them slightly.
4. Click Arrange menu Order To back.
5. Click Edit menu Duplicate.
6. On the property bar, click the Horizontal mirror button.
7. Using the Pick tool, move the second set of balloons to the other hand.

To finish the drawing, marquee select it, and click the Group button on the property bar.
