Add and manipulate text

CorelDRAW provides multiple ways to add and manipulate text (also known as ‘type’). You can create two types of text objects: artistic text and paragraph text. Artistic text is useful for adding a single word or a short line of text. Paragraph text is suitable for creating text-intensive documents, such as newsletters or brochures.

You can change the position and appearance of text. For example, you can fit text to a path, wrap text around objects, or rotate text. You can also format the appearance of characters and paragraphs. For more information, see Format text.
